For our products we use only high quality sunflower seeds grown in the Saratov region in our fields and in the fields of our long-term partners.
Our certified laboratory carefully controls the process at every stage: from the moment sunflower seeds arrives at the factory to the shipment of bottled oil to customers. We adhere to international quality standards.
Further purification of the oil in the refining and deodorization shop gets rid of sediment and characteristic odor, allowing to produce a type of product suitable for cooking at high temperatures. The final cycle is polishing filtration, performed before bottling.
When sunflower seeds enter production, they are subjected to moisture-heat treatment in steam roasters. This helps to extract the oil from the seeds and retain the pleasant flavor. The result of this step is unrefined sunflower oil with a beautiful amber color, useful for pure consumption.
